>Benny Harper - My Prayer

Getting spins on the soul scene at the moment, and rightly so! A great funk-soul crossover track with obvious quality shining through a very rough bassless production. Very rare, this record is set to become a classic.

>Jo Jama - My Life

Sublime soul music for the dance floor out of Texas. A current 'starty off' record for Butch and getting heavy spins from Mick H. But how many other copies in the world? Featured on the current deepfunk radio show (1/05).

>Nicky Newarkers - Woman

An old Keb Darge cover up from Stafford in the 80s. Sounds perfect on the deepfunk dance floors today.
>Black Truth Band - Butter Nut

Heavy funk instrumental, originally discovered by Malcom Catto. Far too scary for all but the hardest dancers on the scene.

>Patterson Twins - Gonna Find A True Love

An inferior version was released on Motown records, but make no mistake this is the only version to own. A classic disco sound that crosses over the funk, modern and northern scene effortlessly.
>Zebra - Simple Song

An Ian Wright discovery from a couple of years ago. Only a couple of copies have surfaced since, and the rarity of this track is sure to be put to the test in the coming months as a reissue and compilation release are on the cards.
